Couch to 5K Programme
We have three 5K runs weekly. You don't have to be a Christian, or a runner. Just turn up and join in. Get fit and have fun. Some people who have started, quite literally from the couch have done their first 10K run within a few months of starting. It is regular training that gets the best results. We run Monday and Thursday evenings at 19:00 and Saturday mornings at 10:00. Meeting at the car park next to Woodingdean library in Warren Road.
Longer Runs & Marathon Training
Our longer runs are variable in length, starting at around 9 miles and going up to Marathon distance. Whatever distance we are running, we are at the car park off Falmer Road just north of Bexhill Road (on the map between where Drove Avenue and Norion Drive meet) at 7:15. We may well have run a few miles prior to this. So any encouragement would be great. Please contact us if you're coming along so we don't miss you. Or if you're interested in our longer runs.
